You Get Returns
Once required capital improvements are completed, quarterly distributions are calculated and distributed to investors. Initial amounts invested are always returned to investors once the property is sold. Investors also have the flexibility to sell or transfer individual interest prior to asset disposition.

We typically call for a minimum investment of $50,000 per transaction. Our investors range from qualified individuals through larger groups and institutions committing more sizeable amounts. Can I sell my individual interest?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee and a redemption plan that allows investors to redeem shares on an annual basis, following a minimum 1 year holding period. There is a 2% redemption fee in year 2 and a 1% redemption fee in year 3. There are no redemption fees after year 3.
How frequently are investment opportunities available?
